When you open an escrow with us, you get the perfect close, because we will send a professional signing service directly to you, home or office, to execute all the necessary documents to close the deal free of charge. This not only saves time, energy and money, but it ensures that you get what you need when you need it.

REO Experienced and Approved

On October 11, 2009, AB957, the Buyer’s Choice Act, went into effect. REO buyers can now choose their own escrow company. We are a pre-approved REO service provider/closing agent with most banks. Banks and Asset Managers will love our Close On Time Guarantee.
